Tenancy administrators have the ability to create, edit and delete users, courses, live learnings, events, sessions, activities, resources, programs, workflows and reporting in their assigned (by the Acorn Administrator) tenancy.
The IDEAL General Manager must give written permission for an IDEAL team member to be assigned the role of Tenancy Administrator.
The current Tenancy Administrators are Melissa H. and Jennifer Emmett.
A reporting officer is a designated user whose access makes them able to create reports.
The current Reporting Officer is: Tonie C.
The IDEAL General Manager must give written permission for an IDEAL team member to be assigned the role of Reporting Officer.
Melissa H. and Jennifer Emmett also have full access to the reports.
Jennifer Emmett is the developer and owner of the Fun-da-mentals 4U content and provides IDEAL Placements access to this content as per the terms outlined in the Fun-da-mentals 4U Licence Agreement.

Up to 100 Active Users per month - An active user is a user who engages with the online Learning Management System in a calendar month, it includes IDEAL clients and staff.
Extra charges apply if there are more than 100 active users in month.
